
For over a decade, I’ve supported women in navigating stress, overwhelm, and life transitions. In recent years, my work has expanded to include entrepreneurs, small business owners, teams, and organizations seeking sustainable ways to reduce stress and improve focus and well being in professional environments.
I’m the founder of Mindfully Connected, where I help people find calm in the chaos so they can feel grounded, capable, and clear both personally and professionally. Drawing from my own experience overcoming burnout, I combine science backed nervous system regulation with mindfulness based practices to support emotional regulation, clarity, and energy.
My work integrates mindfulness, EFT tapping, sound healing, and yoga into practical experiences designed for workplaces, small groups, and individuals. I believe true calm isn’t forced. It’s created through simple, supportive practices that meet people where they are.
I’m actively involved in the local business community and serve on the Women in Business Executive Committee and the Lakesiders Committee with the Davis Chamber of Commerce, collaborating with other leaders to bring meaningful stress relief and mindfulness support into workplaces and communities across Utah.
Because when we slow down, we reconnect to ourselves, and to each other.
