
Hey there! My name is Alysha and I'm a nature-loving mom of
four kiddos, two quirky pups, and a sassy kitty.
For the past decade, I’ve been passionate about supporting busy women, moms, and teams in breaking free from stress and anxiety while helping them find a sense of peace and joy. By integrating mindset techniques, self-connection tools, yoga, sound healing, EFT/Tapping, and essential oils, we cultivate simple, lasting habits that nurture calm and connection in both life and work.
As a women’s empowerment coach, certified yoga teacher, sound healer, and mindfulness event facilitator, I’m here to guide you in mastering the art of tranquility. Whether it’s through one-on-one support, digital tools, or workplace wellness experiences, together we’ll create balance, regulate the nervous system, and infuse daily life with clarity and joy.
✨ Alysha is an active member of the Davis Chamber of Commerce, where she regularly connects with other business leaders to bring mindfulness and stress-relief experiences into workplaces and community events across Utah.
