When life feels chaotic, gratitude brings us back to the present. It doesn’t mean ignoring the hard things, it means choosing to see the good, even in small moments.

Studies show that practicing gratitude daily reduces stress and increases happiness.

Try this: Right now, take a deep breath and think of three things you’re grateful for and FEEL that gratitude. Notice how your energy shifts.
