A calming evening of deep relaxation and nervous system reset through gentle breathwork, guided meditation and sound healing.
Join Alysha Ashlee for a peaceful sound bath meditation designed to help release stress, quiet the mind, and bring the body into a state of rest.
The experience begins with a guided meditation followed by a relaxing sound bath meditation using crystal singing bowls. The gentle sound vibrations support the nervous system and encourage a deeply restorative meditative state.

Join Alysha Ashlee for a calming experience that combines gentle breathwork, guided relaxation, and a restorative sound bath designed to help you release tension, quiet mental overwhelm, and create space for rest.
The evening will begin with simple breathing practices to help settle the nervous system and bring you into the present moment. You will then be guided into a peaceful sound bath using crystal singing bowls and soothing sound healing instruments that support deep relaxation and inner calm.
