Last week at our Davis Chamber Women in Business event, I had the chance to hear Talia Riley speak… and it really stayed with me.

She said something that I can’t stop thinking about:

Clarity creates balance.
Purpose protects your peace.

And that hit.

Because so many of us are searching for balance outside of ourselves…
when really, it starts within.

It starts with:
knowing who you are
remembering your purpose
and believing in yourself

Because when you do…
you show up differently

You communicate differently
You connect more deeply
You trust yourself more

And people feel that

It also reminded me how powerful it is to be in spaces where you feel seen, valued, and connected

Those moments matter more than we think
