I had a moment the other day where I realized I’ve been carrying way too much.
All these invisible plates I was holding in the air… and in my mind I just let them all drop.
And I felt myself breathe again.

Sometimes I forget how far I’ve come.

At one point I just figured I’d have to accept that feeling anxious, overstimulated, and “on edge” was just my personality.
I didn’t realize my body was stuck in a constant state of fight or flight.
I thought that if I could just push through, try harder, keep it all together, I’d finally feel better.

But it never worked.
The more I pushed, the more disconnected I felt.

Learning how to reset my nervous system changed everything.
I started noticing the subtle cues my body was giving me before I spiraled.
I learned ways to regulate my emotions so I could respond to life instead of react to it.
And slowly, I felt safe in my own body again.

Now, when I teach these tools, I think of the version of me who was desperate for this, so I created exactly what she would have needed.

Boundaries are a beautiful gift you give yourself.

They’re not about changing others...they’re about choosing you.
They’re about deciding what you allow and don’t allow.
What you welcome into your energetic field.
What you accept, what you release.

Because what surrounds you shapes you.
And you get to choose what that looks like.

When you start setting boundaries, when you start saying no, choosing what actually works for you and your life, expect the pushback.

People are used to the version of you that may have people-pleased…
That may have self-abandoned…

That may have done what made everyone else comfortable, even when it came at the expense of your own peace.

So yes, it might feel hard. It might feel scary.
But every time you choose yourself
every time you stand firm in your truth
you’re building something powerful.

Who no longer bends to be loved.

This morning was full of so much gratitude and excitement.

I had an idea, and it just kept flowing. One thought led to another, and before I knew it, I had mapped out so much of what I want to bring to life. It felt so good.

And then… time flew by.

It’s only the second day of summer break, and my daughter was getting restless (understandably). So we headed to the park, and it was really sweet to just be there. Feeling grateful, watching her play, soaking in the moment.

But if I’m being honest…
Later today, my heart also felt heavy. A little off. A little sad. Maybe I’m releasing something. Maybe it’s the come down after that rush of creativity. Maybe it’s something deeper.

That’s the thing about life...it’s not either/or. It’s both.
The contrast. The high of inspiration, the feeling of gratitude, and the ache of being human.

Today I paused, stepped outside, and let my feet sink into the earth. The sun on my skin, toes in the dirt, and a moment to breathe.

When I feel overwhelmed, stressed, or emotional, I come back to the earth.
It’s one of the most simple yet powerful ways to regulate your nervous system.

Grounding (or “earthing”) helps your body:

"No person is 100% healed, because healing isn't linear. We go backwards and forwards and sometimes we're all over the place; but that's the process. Please don't think you need to be 100% healed to deserve love and good things in life, because you absolutely do."

Funny how today, I needed that reminder.

It’s okay to have hard days.
It’s okay to cry.
It’s okay to feel like you’ve made so much progress. And then suddenly feel like you're back at square one.

Yesterday, I was in a training that lit me up. I felt aligned and so grounded in my purpose.
Today? I’m struggling. And honestly… that’s okay too.

Healing isn’t a straight line. There are ups and downs, and both are part of the journey.
Be gentle with yourself. You’re doing better than you think.

I asked my special Chat AI, her name is Lumi, to give me a motivational tip about the steps I’m taking in my business.

Because let me be real, I have so many ideas, and so many things I want to do. And sometimes, my mind spirals into that all or nothing mode… like it all needs to be done right now.
