Benefits of Yoga

If you know me personally, you know I love yoga. So much that I've been going to school to teach it and I'm almost finished.


Yoga has so many benefits and I personally feel great physically when I do yoga. Here are just a few of the benefits:


Yoga can help reduce stress because it promotes relaxation, which is the natural opposite of stress.


Practicing yoga regularly not only improves your ability to fall asleep, but also the quality of that sleep when you finally drop off.


Practicing yoga may help lower blood pressure, blood cholesterol and blood glucose levels, as well as your heart rate.
