Hi, I’m Alysha.

For over a decade, I’ve supported women, teams, and organizations in navigating stress, overwhelm, and life transitions by helping them reconnect with calm, clarity, and a sense of safety, both personally and professionally.

My work blends nervous system supportive practices like mindfulness, EFT tapping, sound healing, and yoga to create practical, compassionate experiences that meet people where they are, both personally and professionally.

I believe true calm isn’t something we force. It’s something we gently create, one supportive practice at a time.
